Back in 1985, John J. Oliveri (1956-1999) started designing beach houses on a drafting board in his garage. What began as a one-man operation eventually blossomed into the thriving OSK that we know today, with over twenty employees, located in Collingswood, New Jersey. Joined by partners Paul Kiss in 1986, and Dan Shousky in 1987, OSK evolved into a highly regarded firm specializing in vacation homes, country estates and light commercial projects up and down the east coast of the United States, the Bahamas, US Virgin Islands and even as far west as West Virginia and Wisconsin. John instilled in all of us, a sense of integrity and commitment to our clientele, ensuring a loyal following that remains strong to this day. Sadly, John passed away in 1999 after a short bout with cancer. Since then, OSK has been led by Paul Kiss and a highly skilled team of new partners and associates. In the forty years since its inception, OSK has continued its tradition of high-quality design services, meticulous attention to client needs and project leadership, including coordination of project team efforts.
