Each project is staffed according to the program requirements developed with our clients. The project team consists of the “principal-in-charge” and a “project architect” who works directly with the principal and client. The project architect’s responsibility includes the daily supervision of work performed by the project technicians. Finally, the project manager and technicians are supported by a full, professional office staff.
